FIFO - Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist Join Australia’s most awarded work and wellness provider and set your career path to success We currently have an opportunity for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant. Fly in fly out or drive in drive out – our base is Sydney, but you’ll service regional NSW with the freedom and autonomy you desire. How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans. Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity. Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation. Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals. Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Qualifications Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA). Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways. The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey. A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers. Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle). Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
