Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Casual Rehabilitation Consultant acting in an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessor capacity with a professional background in Occupational Therapy. The role provides overflow assessment support to our NSW branches, predominantly across Sydney, while enjoying flexibility to manage workload and schedule. Responsibilities Complete ADL assessments. Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to provide guidance, recommendations and equipment/service provision. Work across schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer‑funded schemes. Provide high‑quality assessment reports. Assess an individual's Personal, Domestic, and Community ADL’s, identifying recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment. Conduct equipment trials in person with clients to ensure recommendations are safe, appropriate and promote independence. Educate clients and injured workers to complement recommendations for support and/or assistive equipment. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA. Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded. Strong communication and rapport‑building skills. Compassion, kindness and empathetic approach. Well‑developed time‑management skills.
