Key responsibilities: Champion amazing client relationships Bring gold‑standard thinking to quantitative briefs, with some qual. Leverage quant data to tell consumer behavioural stories Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to back your narrative Smash it at client presentations that are tailored to client objectives Show up with an owner's mindset to take great pride in yours and the team's successes Show a real curiosity for the way people think, feel and act as a consumer. Get involved in plenty of interesting and meaningful B‑Corp and cultural initiatives Desired candidates profile: 4/5+ years' experience in customised, consumer insights Prior full‑service, strategic insights agency experience Quantitative expertise Strong data/analytical skills and knowledge of stats packages – SPSS/Q etc Critical thinking – able to join the dots Presenting – you'll love inspiring clients to action Client management – a natural people person Building towards AD level – a leader of people, projects, pipeline and strategy.
