Account Executive – Construction Technology Location: Sydney CBD Hybrid schedule: 3 days in‑office, 2 days WFH Base pay range: A$110,000.00/yr – A$150,000.00/yr Our client is a high‑growth, globally‑backed Construction Tech leader seeking a top‑tier performer to own new business development across the APAC region. This is a chance to move complex deals from discovery to close, introducing a best‑in‑class solution to major General Contractors and Developers. Key Responsibilities Territory ownership: Strategically plan and execute a sales strategy for the entire APAC region, identifying high‑value General Contractors, Developers, and Property Owners. Deal management: Drive complex deals across mid‑market to enterprise, from qualification through to final negotiation and close. Optimized selling: Focus on high‑value closing activities with support from a dedicated SDR team for lead generation and outbound campaigns. Value selling: Partner with senior technical leaders (VPs of Operations, CTOs, Project Directors) to build compelling business cases and demonstrate ROI of digitizing construction workflows. Forecast accuracy: Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to the leadership team. Qualifications & Experience 3–5+ years as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven success selling to Enterprise or Mid‑Market accounts within APAC. Construction/AEC experience highly desired: familiarity with Architecture, Engineering, or Construction sectors or related technical fields such as ERP, Field Service, or high‑value workflow software. Expertise in MEDDIC, SPIN, or other consultative selling frameworks to non‑technical operational leaders. A proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and hitting aggressive targets.
