Responsibilities Drive Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities using your established industry network. Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, becoming a valued advisor. Sales Strategy: Manage a robust pipeline, lead bid strategies, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Tendering & Estimation: Contribute to end-to-end tender submissions and estimation processes. CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records in our activity-based CRM for real-time task tracking, sales reporting, and analytics. Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with WHS legislation. Qualifications Previous working experience in a building services sales role with sales quotas/targets. Proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills. Commercially savvy with a customer-first mindset.
