Sunshine Coast Skin Cancer Centre in Birtinya Permanent Full Time Role Supportive and friendly team environment National Skin Cancer Centres (NSCC) are unique medical practices, purpose-built and dedicated to delivering effective, rapid and affordable access to diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and related conditions. NSCC are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a background in medical and/or cosmetic practice who is ready to join our progressive company with a great network of managers. The Role This is the perfect role for a Practice Manager with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives and delegate within a vibrant and effective team. Supported by dedicated practice coordinators across our skin repair and skin cancer sections, along with an Area Manager, you will lead the team at our Sunshine Coast Skin Cancer Centre. Your key responsibilities will be to lead the team, grow the business and oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic. The clinic is currently staffed 8am‑5pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Manage, support and mentor the team to ensure smooth operations Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinic Onboard and train new team members Provide reception support as required Active participation in marketing initiatives Account and budget management Your Background / Qualifications Experience in a Practice Manager role or a similar position within the Healthcare and/or Cosmetic industry Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail Experience using practice management software is desirable Strong customer service skills and understanding of the ethos of patient care Ability to manage key expenses in line with the budget and focus on achieving KPIs Brilliant people management skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture Ability to engage, motivate and manage team members to achieve desired business outcomes Experience in onboarding, training and rostering team members, and onboarding of new doctors Mindset for business development, innovation and growth Authorised to work in Australia The Benefits Ongoing training and development Being a part of a successful and collaborative team National Skin Cancer Centres has a well known reputation for providing the highest level of patient care and has a talented team who are all passionate about skin and the work that they do.
