Qualifications & experience 2 to 5 years' experience in a student liaison and administration role Knowledge of RTO compliance requirements and good understanding of ASQA Standards and Smart and Skilled contract requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a friendly, professional approach to clients Proficient in the use of Microsoft, especially Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks The ability to work autonomously, while still contributing to a team Australian work rights are required for this position Tasks & responsibilities First point of contact for students and potential students Following up telephone, email, social media and face to face course enquiries Converting course enquiries to enrolments (sales) Gathering and processing of student enrolments and student assessments Credit control, collection of fees and processing refunds Working with the RTO Manager to schedule marketing and manage social #J-18808-Ljbffr
