As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for a Senior CRM Manager to elevate our lifecycle marketing efforts, boosting engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. You’ll be joining a high performing marketing team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results in a fast paced, consumer-first environment. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As our Senior CRM Manager you’ll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs. You’ll craft and execute campaigns that drive onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention, delivering personalised experiences that keep customers coming back. Partnering with digital, product, data, and CX teams, you’ll build smart segmentation, automate journeys, and continuously optimise performance. You’ll lead experimentation and personalisation initiatives to lift conversion and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
