Full-time leadership role | Established centre | Meaningful community impact About this opportunity HBF Dental is seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Centre Leader to lead our established Cockburn dental centre. This is a key leadership position responsible for creating a positive, high‑performing environment for our patients, dentists and dental assistants. Working closely with our Regional Leader, you will oversee all daily operations of the centre including rostering, reporting, compliance, performance outcomes, patient experience, and staff engagement. You'll model exceptional patient care and provide supportive, motivating leadership to your team. This role suits an experienced people leader, practice manager or senior dental assistant ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. About you You are a proactive, energetic leader who thrives on responsibility, autonomy and delivering great outcomes for patients and your team. You take pride in running an organised, professional and welcoming environment. You bring: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire those around you The ability to build relationships quickly, confidently and professionally Sound business or commercial acumen, with experience working toward KPIs or a willingness to learn Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make effective, considered decisions Experience in people management – including rostering, leave management, coaching, mentoring, training and performance management Ideally experience in the dental or healthcare industry, or the willingness to learn quickly and build your capability About us HBF is Australia’s fifth‑largest private health insurer and the largest in WA.
