Position Title : Casual Teacher Electrical Employment Type : Casual Department : Construction Location : Heidelberg Award Classification : CTL1 - CTL3 Salary : $ per hour Hours per Week : Up to 38 hours per week, subject to operational requirements Overview We are seeking an experienced Casual Teacher Electrical to join our Construction team. Responsibilities Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes Maintain teaching and compliance documentation Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development Provide pastoral and academic support to students Engage in moderation, validation, and continuous improvement activities Promote courses and liaise with industry and community networks Skills and Experience Required Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent Victorian Electrical A Grade License Certificate III in Electrotechnology Relevant post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experience Strong understanding of adult learning principles and VET compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in teaching practices Experience in student engagement and vocational placement coordination Additional Requirements A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Police Check How To Apply For more information, view the Position Description (PD) by clicking the paperclip icon in the top right corner of this screen.
