Responsibilities Lead the teaching team to ensure delivery of excellent educational outcomes within Chisholm Online. Communicate effectively with the Student Engagement team and work closely with online teachers to provide accurate data relating to the student journey. Coordinate and delegate tasks to the teaching team to deliver operational outcomes including teacher performance, course and resource allocation, student engagement, teacher loads, student progress; and lead management of teachers (supervision, performance, professional and vocational currency, individual development). Participate in the development and implementation of student retention strategies that improve learning outcomes across Chisholm Online. liaise with Specialist Teachers and collaborate with the Product Development team in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of new courses. Work collaboratively with internal clients across all business areas of Chisholm Online to identify and support business growth opportunities. Qualifications and Experience Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 5 or 6 level or higher. Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the level required, with industry currency. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the RTO Standards. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within the education sector.
