The Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work closely with cross‑functional teams within the Student 360 program (S360) and stakeholders to drive and facilitate Agile practices, ensuring the teams understand and adhere to Agile and Scrum principles and practices to deliver high‑value student‑facing solutions efficiently and effectively. The Scrum Master will also coach program/project teams, proactively identify and remove obstacles, optimise workflow, and drive continuous improvement. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment. Experience in a complex, enterprise environment and across multiple projects. Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including ceremonies, roles, and artefacts. Extensive experience with Jira for sprint, backlog, and velocity tracking. Ability to prepare and present actionable reports for data‑driven decision‑making. Expertise in guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Experience coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Highly organised with strong planning and multitasking skills to manage competing demands. Ability to present to a wide range of audiences. Previous Salesforce CRM platform implementation experience is highly desirable. Please note that this position requires a criminal record check.
