We are seeking an energetic and driven Lead Educator to join our passionate team at Grow Early Education Heathmont About your new role Assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, educators, and the wider community. Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children. Have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. Work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high‑quality standards. Build strong relationships and partnerships with children and families. About you Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA. Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Current Employment Working with Children Check. Experience in an early childhood setting. A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
