This role will provide essential support across payroll processing, reporting, and compliance during a peak period. Ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience across multi-national payroll. This is a 6 week temporary assignment with the possibility to extend. The Role In this hands-on payroll position, you'll support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple international entities. You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and strong stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process payroll, including variations, leave, overtime and adjustments Submit payroll for review and approval within required timeframes Liaise with HR on new starters, contract changes and offboarding Process off-cycle payments, including termination calculations Respond to payroll queries professionally and promptly Assist with process improvements and system efficiencies Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and reconcile payroll liabilities Provide reporting across leave balances and workers compensation Maintain payroll records and act as system administrator as needed About You Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience Experience working with multiple locations or complex structures Intermediate Excel and accurate data entry skills High attention to detail and absolute discretion Experience with ADP Global View desirable Get in touch | #J-18808-Ljbffr
