SAP Business Analyst

The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing SAP-based solutions to support business operations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of SAP functionalities and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP solutions. Configure, test, and support SAP modules in line with business needs. Coordinate with development teams for custom enhancements, reports, and integrations. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/documentation for end-users. Analyze issues, troubleshoot SAP system errors, and provide timely resolutions. Participate in SAP project rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements. Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP system capabilities. Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) for integrated process flows. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands‑on experience with one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, or BW ). Strong understanding of business processes and SAP best practices. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment. Knowledge of integration between SAP modules and external systems. SAP certification in relevant module(s). Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
