Responsibilities Assist with sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships, ensuring that materials and services are acquired efficiently, on time, and at the best possible cost. Preparation and processing of all purchase orders, locally and internationally. Communicate with suppliers to request quotes and follow up on orders. Maintain accurate procurement records and databases. Help track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams on supply needs. Support the operations team with administrative tasks and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Identify potential cost savings or process improvements. Qualifications Certificate in Business Administration / Procurement / Finance. Demonstrated problem solving skills, with a can do and proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and self-driven organizational skills. End to end procurement knowledge with a demonstrated ability and history. Invoice reconciliation. Supply chain tracking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. MYOB Knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
