THE ROLE We’re all about providing our members with a huge range of amazing experiences. Classes are a big part of that. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional Group Fitness Classes – delivering excellent service, enhancing member experiences and contributing to the One Playground brand and culture. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver Group Training Sessions: Fitness / Wellness Classes – Deliver engaging & unique group training classes Member Experience – Contribute to the delivery of high‑quality experiences to our members and One Playground teams. Community Building – Ensure our members feel they belong and are part of the community, make them feel welcomed and significant. General Facility/Studio Upkeep – Ensure the efficient operations of the facility, and any oversight of the cleaning team. Administration – Follow all One Playground administrative & emergency procedures. About You Exceptional communication and service skills Strong organisational and time‑management skills Passion for learning and ongoing development Constant searching for opportunities to grow, develop and perform beyond expectations Unique ability to motivate, inspire and connect with others More About You Minimum Cert III in Fitness qualification Or Specialty Group Fitness Qualification Demonstrated record of achievements and success What Is In It For You Work in a world‑class gym & studio environment like no other.
