Program Coordinator - Learning Support and Inclusion Permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026. Lead and coordinate whole‑school initiatives supporting students with additional needs to ensure differentiation in the classroom. Lead and manage well‑established education support programs. Manage complex cases and interventions for students with additional needs that require learning support and adjustments. Work closely with families, inter‑agencies and allied health to facilitate referral and support processes, ensuring accurate disability resourcing. Lead and manage a diverse team of specialised teachers, administrative staff and education assistants. Organise and lead parent engagement initiatives (e.g., information evenings) and act as a key communication contact. Engage with and support the use of electronic systems to monitor, track and report on inclusion programs. This position will have a teaching load that can change year to year depending on the needs of the school and role. Possesses high‑level interpersonal and public relations skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and parents. Has a depth of professional knowledge and can apply this to support students from diverse backgrounds and with additional needs. Is data‑informed, proactive, and solution‑focused, with the ability to identify issues and implement creative strategies. Can manage physical and financial resources to deliver programs and initiatives that align with school priorities.
