Customer Care Specialist m/w/d
Vollzeit 38,5 Std./Woche
Was machst du bei uns?
Telefonische Auftragsannahme und Kundenbetreuung Bestellungsbearbeitung bis zur Auslieferung inkl. Rechnungstellung (SAP) Bearbeitung von Materialrücksendungen (SAP) und Reklamationen Kontrolle von Bewilligungen Krankenhaus/Ärzte Geräteadministration und Stammdatenpflege Periodische Bearbeitung von Listen, Formularen und Statistiken Pauschal-Kunden Betreuung (Kontrolle, Verrechnungen, Auftragseingabe)Wie sollte dein Profil aussehen?
Abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung (HAK) oder Matura gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Windows, Office) SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Kunden- und Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit Sehr gutes Deutsch, Englisch von VorteilWas ist unser Angebot?
