Deine Aufgaben

Als Process & OPEX (Operational Excellence) Specialist bist an einer besonders zentralen und wichtigen Stelle im Unternehmen, welche direkt der Geschäftsführung unterstellt ist.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Einführung und laufende Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse. Diese Stelle beinhaltet nicht nur die Arbeit an den Prozessen, sondern auch die Förderung einer Kultur der Einhaltung der Prozesse und der ständigen Verbesserung.

Aufgaben: 
- Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen innerhalb der bestehenden Prozesse
- Einführung und Monitoring von KPI‘s
- Planung, Leitung und Evaluierung von eigenen Optimierungsprojekten  
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Hinsicht auf moderne Prozessverbesserungsmethoden
- Methoden und Werkzeuge der Prozessoptimierung situativ einsetzen bzw. umsetzen
- Erstellung von Projektergebnisberichten und Ableiten der daraus resultierenden zukunftsweisenden Handlungsmöglichkeiten
- Schaffen von Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserungskultur
- einheitliche und klare Dokumentation von neuen Prozessen
- Leitung eines Projekts zur Implementierung einer neuen ERP- & Projektmanagement Software (OpusFlow)

Dein Profil

Folgende Eigenschaften sind dafür erforderlich: 
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
- idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- tiefer gehende IT-Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit selbst Optimierungspunkte innerhalb der Wertschöpfungskette zu finden
- sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- eine starke Persönlichkeit, um Notwendigkeiten konsequent nachzuhalten und durchzusetzen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren und kreative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
- klare mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
- Motivation, Konsequenz und die Fähigkeit Teams durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen
- Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
