- Lead the sales process from first contact to closing while maintaining clear documentation in our CRM system
- Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives
- Represent the company at international trade shows, presentations, and seminars
- Support the long-term sales and marketing strategies for the region
- Support of the implementation process towards customer and operations team
- Degree in Business Management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), a technical educational background, or similar relevant education
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or previous knowledge regarding technical solutions in the energy industry
- Previous B2B SaaS experience is an asset
- Driven by challenges and targets - Proven experience of customer acquisition and in building sustainable relationships
- Consultative sales with a solution-driven mindset and genuine curiosity and willingness to develop deep market and product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills – both interpersonal and on the phone with potential prospects
- Full Fluency in English and German.
- Reliability and organizational skills to support project management
- Open to changes, with a “can do” attitude and desire for continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel (5 to 15% travelling expected)
- Based in Vienna preferred, candidates based in Switzerland or Germany can also be considered.
