Stellenbeschreibung

  • Selbstständige Konzeption und Umsetzung von Employer Branding Aktivitäten
  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung des IT-spezifischen Learning & Development Angebots für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des IT-spezifischen Onboardingprozesses
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vernetzungs- und Informationsinitiativen (Female Empowerment, Diversity, Meetups, etc.)
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen für flexible Zusammenarbeit und zur Steigerung der Mitarbeiter:innen-Zufriedenheit
  • Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Kennzahlen für unser Management

Qualifikationen

  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR- und/oder IT-Umfeld
  • Idealerweise facheinschlägiges Studium (Personal, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.Ä.)
  • IT-Affinität von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsvolles, genaues und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
