Independent conception and design of complex assembly devices and systems for the series assembly of engines, which ensure safe and optimal assembly processes for the employees Creation of designs, complete and detailed drawings, technical component design and static/FEM calculations, risk analyses and preparation of documents for the CE marking process Checking technical feasibility and coordination with specialist project management Selection of purchased parts for machine components, taking cost aspects into account Provision of design documents, coordination of the scope of work and technical contact person for internal and external suppliers and toolmakers Collaboration in the design of new automation systems with regard to Industry 4.0Your experiences and skills
Completed technical training (HTL) with a focus on mechanical engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering or mechatronics Several years of professional experience in the design of systems and/or devices in production or assembly Excellent knowledge of 3D design, ideally with PTC Creo Know-how in carrying out risk assessments in accordance with ISO and CE markings Precise and independent way of working, creative way of thinking and abstract imagination Good written and spoken German mandatory, English an advantageWe offer
