Was zeichnet den Marriott Shop aus?
Der Vienna Marriott Gutschein Shop ist der erste Gutscheinshop Wiens, mitten im Hotelgeschehen platziert und für Hotelgäste, Stammkunden und Interessierte zugänglich. Der Shop ermöglicht es dir, Menschen Freude zu machen und unterschiedliche kulinarische Erlebnisse zu verschenken.
Was gibt es für dich zu tun?
Du bist für den Verkauf und die Verwaltung von hoteleigenen Geschenkgutscheinen für diverse Speisen- und Getränkeangebote und Nächtigungen (On- und offline) zuständig Du bearbeitest und koordinierst Kundenanfragen und Tischreservierungen für alle Hotelrestaurants und –bars (telefonisch, schriftlich, persönlich) Du verkaufst Tickets für Special Events wie beispielsweise Silvester Du arbeitest eng mit allen relevanten Abteilungen, wie F&B, Buchhaltung, Sales & Marketing Kassatätigkeit in verschiedenen Abrechnungssystemen Zusätzlich bist du für die Akquise und Betreuung von Kunden und Stammgästen, Verwaltung der jeweiligen Kundendateien verantwortlichWas zeichnet dich aus?
Deine Freunde wissen genau, dass Sie dich Fragen, wenn es um das richtige Geschenk oder ein besonderes Erlebnis geht. Dir selbst macht schenken Freude und du fühlst dich als herzlicher Gastgeber. Du kommunizierst gerne, sprichst eventuell mehrere Sprachen, zumindest deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Der Umgang mit MS Office ist dir nicht fremd.

Wir bieten bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein Monatsgehalt ab EUR 2.135,- brutto, wobei wir eine Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation angemessene Überzahlung garantieren.
