An unserem Standort in Wien suchen wireine:n Spare Parts Manager (m/f/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben

Implementierung eines Key Account Management Ansatzes für das Spare Part Business der Business Area Metals Einbindung des SPMs in sämtliche Projekte ab Zeitpunkt der finalen Kundenabnahme (FAC Unterzeichnung) Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche (proaktiver Ersatzteilvertrieb) Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Service-Abteilung und angrenzenden Abteilungen (Engineering / E&A) zur effektiven Gestaltung von Ersatzteilpaketen in frühen Projektphasen Etablierung und Entwicklung von Ersatzteilprozessen (unter Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen und Schnittstellen) Deklarierung und Definition der Ersatzteile im PLM-System (CimDB) in frühen Projektphasen (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Projektteam).  Projektübergreifende Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Ersatzteilpakete Kategorisierung des Ersatzteilportfolios in A,B,C-Teile und Ableitung entsprechender Vertriebsstrategien für die einzelnen Produktkategorien

Ihre Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH, Universität, HTL) Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Industrieanlagenbau (metallerzeugende Industrie von Vorteil) Erfahrung im Ersatzteilegeschäft/Aftersales notwendig Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation & -verantwortung Internationale Reisebereitschaft (~ 10%)

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € ,43 / Monat anzuführen.
