Die Primestar Group betreibt derzeit 17 Franchise-Hotels mit insgesamt 3.701 Zimmern in 10 deutschen Großstädten, ein Hotel in Wien sowie ein weiteres in der österreichischen Hauptstadt, welches sich bereits in Bau befindet. 2022 eröffnete in Berlin das erste Hotel die Eigenmarke June Six im Segment der City-Boutique-Hotels.

Wie sieht Dein Alltag aus?

  • Professioneller Empfang, kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Hotelgäste
  • Das eigenständige Führen und Leiten von Schichten nach Absprache und Einteilung durch die Hotelleitung
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für Führung, Schulung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter:innen in ihrer Schicht
  • Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption und die Einhaltung der Standards sicher
  • Check-in und Check-out sowie alle am Front Office anfallenden Arbeiten, wie Rechnungserstellung und Kassenführung
  • Debitoren & Kreditoren Kontrolle
  • Einholung sowie Überprüfung von Zahlungsgarantien
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Reservierung  und Service
  • Kontrollfunktionen - Du bist stets über die Buchungssituation auf dem Laufenden
  • Entgegennahme und Erledigung bzw. Weiterleitung von Reklamationen
  • Upselling unter Berücksichtigung der Firmenphilosophie

Für die Position als Guest Service Manager (m/w/d) liegt das Mindestentgelt bei €2.135,00 brutto monatlich, natürlich honorieren wir entsprechende Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen extra und bieten dazu attraktive Gehaltsentwicklung entsprechend Deiner Performance.Über uns
