Personal Assistant to General Manager
As a Personal Assistant, you will support our General Manager in all administrative and organizational matters.
Your tasks:
Providing secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager while maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters Organization of the General Manager’s agenda Independently handle correspondence and administrative activities, including taking minutes, making travel arrangements and settling accounts Making reservations for VIP guests and meeting client expectations Assist the General Manager and collaborate with department heads on company initiativesYour Competencies:
you have already gained experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry and are very familiar with Opera you impress with your charm, communication skills, knowledge of people and leadership skills very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages are an advantage Friendliness, discretion, ability to work in a team and flexibility Well-groomed appearance and very good manners with our Ladies and Gentlemen Work experience in a comparable position is an advantage Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage, but not required Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage Confident handling of all MS-Office programsOur benefits:
