Stellenbeschreibung
  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von (Führungskräfte-)Trainings, Webinaren und Workshops
  • Train-the-Trainer Funktion zur Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers in unsere Restaurants
  • Konzeption, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaterialien, wie auch Kreation von Lernvideos & E-Learnings zur Weiterentwicklung unseres LMS
  • Begleitung diverser Change Prozesse und Implementierung von ganzheitlichen Blendend-Learning Konzepten
  • Projektsupport in diversen nationalen & internationalen Projekten im Bereich L&D
  • Bindeglied zu unseren Franchisepartner:innen, Trainingsverantwortlichen und Restaurant Manager:innen sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen Partner:innen und unseren Kolleg:innen im globalen L&D Team
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Personalschwerpunkt, sowie mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Personalentwicklung & Erwachsenenbildung
  • McDonald’s oder vergleichbare Restauranterfahrung, sowie auch Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Große digitale Affinität (eLearning-Kreation, Webinare) und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel) Basiswissen in Bild- und Videobearbeitung vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivierte, eigenständige und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hervorragender Rhetorik, ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick und Empathie
  • Basiskenntnisse eLearning Authoring Tools (vor allem Articulate360) von Vorteil
  • Leistungsorientierter Teamplayer mit hohem Servicegedanken, professionellem Auftreten und Hands-On Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft in Österreich 30%
