Wir laden Sie ein, aktiv an der Gestaltung der Energiewende mitzuwirken und eine aktive Rolle in diesem Prozess zu übernehmen. Werden Sie zum Group Head of IT & Processes (m/f/d) für eine erfolgreiche, internationale Gruppe.

Aufgaben
  • Als Hauptansprechpartner für das Board in Bezug auf IT-Projekte und Prozesse sind Sie für die Erstellung und Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen verantwortlich
  • Sie suchen aktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Führungskräften und Teams, um die Rolle der IT als strategischer Partner für das Geschäft zu stärken und Optimierungspotenziale zu heben
  • Sie treiben die digitale Transformation durch die Integration neuer Technologien und digitaler Lösungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit voran
  • Sie achten auf stabile Systeme im Bereich IT-Infrastructure, ERP und IT-Security
  • Die Informationssicherheit und der Datenschutz, einschließlich der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und der Gewährleistung der Compliance, liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung des IT-Budgets für Software- und Infrastrukturprojekte sowie die Gewährleistung einer effizienten Nutzung von Budget und Ressourcen
  • Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung von 5 Direct Reports und rund 25 Mitarbeiter:innen im Team
Qualifikation
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams auf Augenhöhe zur Erreichung definierter Ziele und Ergebnisse
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen zu analysieren, die verschiedene Aspekte berücksichtigen und dadurch ganzheitliche Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
  • Fähigkeit, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, auch in komplexen oder unsicheren Situationen und diese konsequent durchzusetzen
  • Solide Erfahrung in ERP-Systemen im Produktionsumfeld. Idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzern mit mehreren Produktionsstätten
  • Expertise in der Microsoft Dynamics Plattform (D365 und/oder Vorläufer) bzw. alternativer ERP-Lösungen, um Problemstellungen in diesem Bereich zu verstehen, zu bewerten und umzusetzen
  • API-Erfahrung: Erfahrung mit der Einbindung von 3rd Party Produkten und Nutzung von Schnittstellen zur Integration und Interaktion von verschiedenen Systemen
  • Professioneller Umgang mit ITSM konformen Prozessen

Vergütung: ab € 150.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
