Data-Driven Financial Crime Manager (f/m/x) for Group Compliance

 Your role at RBI

Join our team to contribute to its main responsibilities of financial crime prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution in RBI and RBI Group (group steering)  To continuously improve our RBI Group-wide Financial Crime Management (FCM) framework To monitor and analyse market standards, regulations as well as best practices with regards to FCM topics  To perform standard FCM controls / investigation and monitoring activities, e.g., conflict of interest management and Know-Your-Business-Partner (KYBP) compliance checks  To support special investigations and cooperating with regulatory and law enforcement authorities To create and support standard and special ad-hoc FCM reporting, incl. ensuring proper data and reporting quality for steering and regulatory purposes  To contribute to continuous development and improvement of FCM processes and IT solutions with an end-to-end view, in line with evolving regulatory requirements, market standards and based on latest technologies  To support RBI’s vision to become a data-driven organization by putting data and IT products in the centre of our decisions 


Your core competencies

High willingness to learn and grow within the company  Strong team player  Data is your passion and you bring in practical experience PowerBI / Power Automate experience of advantage  High affinity to Counter-Fraud/Corruption Management, Risk Management and Compliance  Innovative strength with interest in requirements engineering for IT solutions and analytical / data analytics skills with passion to communicate and collaborate closely with various stakeholders  You are fluent in English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory; prior experience in CEE/SEE regions is advantageous
