Join the automation team at B&R- a member of the ABB Group.nullYour role and responsibilitiesSupervision of a defined area in the production environment as a strategic sparring partner, coach and interface to the HR department, as well as contact person for all labor law issuesSupporting managers and employees in all HR processes (performance reviews, succession planning, skills assessment, remuneration, employee development, etc.)Ensuring, maintaining and further developing a modern HR strategy including HR processesContact and negotiation partner for works councilsDesigning and supporting change processesEnsuring and exemplifying B&R/ABB safety and integrity standardsQualifications for the roleAt least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a production environment (preferably in an international environment)Assertive, strong communicator, empathetic and open to new ideas. In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 3921,29 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
