Als ein wichtiger Bestandteil des HR-Teams in der Robotics & Discrete Automation in Österreich, sind Sie für einen definierten HR-Bereich und den Mehrwert des Unternehmen verantwortlich. Sie berichten an den Teamleiter HR Business Partner und setzen Geschäftsziele mit Hinblick auf HR-Prioritäten um. Des Weiteren sorgen Sie für eine effektive Umsetzung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Center of Expertise (CoE) und den Global Business Services (GBS).

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Betreuung eines definierten Bereichs im Produktionsumfeld als strategischer Sparringpartner, Coach und Schnittstelle zu allen HR-Bereich, sowie als Ansprechpartner in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter*innen in alle HR-Prozesse (Mitarbeitergespräch, Nachfolgeplanung, Kompetenzeinschätzung, Vergütung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, etc.)
- Sicherstellung, Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen HR-Strategie inklusive HR-Prozesse
- Ansprech
- und Verhandlungspartner für Betriebsräte
- Gestaltung und Unterstützung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung und Vorleben von B&R/ABB Sicherheits
- sowie Integritätsstandards

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als HR-Business-Partner im Produktionsumfeld (vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld)
- Durchsetzungsstark, kommunikationsstark, empathisch und offen für Neues. Gerne begrüßen wir auch neue Teammitglieder, die Outside-the-Box denken können
- Starke Lösungsorientierung und Teamfokussierung
