**HR Operation Specialist for Payroll**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independently handling monthly payroll accounting for wage and salary employees using SAP HR
- Acting as direct contact for employees, managers and HR business partners for all HR-relevant social insurance, labor and tax issues
- Handling personnel administration throughout employees' careers
- Optimizing and digitalizing processes and documentation
- Exchanging information and cooperating with administrative offices, government agencies and health insurance companies
- Carrying out annual financial statement work and acting as contact person for auditors
- Creating of evaluations and reports for the HCM area
- Participating in HR projects
- Providing support for the time recording system

**Your background**:

- Comprehensive professional experience in operational payroll accounting, preferably at an industrial company
- SAP knowledge and experience in time management preferred
- Experience supporting end-to-end HR processes
- Enjoy working on HR projects, also from the perspective of new digitization and technology trends
- Experience with HR ticketing systems preferred
- Well-versed knowledge of Austrian labor, income and social security law
- Independent and proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving activities
- Responsible and service-oriented personality with a strong affinity for numbers
- English skills are an advantage
