The HR Transformation Program (HRTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. As Change Specialist, you will execute and/or support the change, communication and training activities in the country under your lead business. You will work closely connected to the HRTP Change Lead of your country to ensure alignment of local activities with the HRTP change strategy and approach. The role’s mission is to support the Change management lead of the country to ensure business and end-user readiness by delivering major aspects of the organizational change management to engage local HR, managers and employees and other stakeholders and build their commitment to change. This role is part of the HRTP core country/cluster team and reports to the country Change management Lead. This project role will end mid-2025 - a permanent assignment in the post-project organization will be assessed in due course. The location of this role is in Eggelsberg, Austria.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Change Impact Assessment. Support building the change approach based on the findings.
- Organize communication. In collaboration with relevant communication functions and the Change Lead, support to ensure that program communication is tailored to local needs, customized per audience and released at the right time through relevant channels.
- Localize Change Plans and Materials. Support in Identifying local needs for change and communication initiatives and contents -This includes translation of material as needed.
- Coordinate training activities. Organize and support local training initiatives and other program activities. Support localization of training material as needed.
- Language validation. Responsible to validate the language translation from text, add any localized nuance that is missing to improve / enhance the translation in the program and all communications prepared for the change management pro-cess.
**Your background**:
- 2-5 years of experience within HR function or Change Management role
- Experience in transformation programs
- Change management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences - able to build trustful relation-ships.
- Creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground.
- Excellent communication skills: in German and English.
- Workday experience (nice to have)
