Playbrush Austria also serves as the Direct-To-Consumer hub for the Sunstar Europe Group Job's Mission Fuel Commercial Growth:
Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies tailored to our consumers, focusing on increasing sales and profits through the defined priority products & categories. Work in line with the EMEA strategy & plans developed by HQ marketing to execute accordingly the brand equity in the digital activation initiatives, ensuring strong execution across various marketing channels & product categories and alignment with regional strategies to secure commercial growth. Elevate Brand Presence:
Lead the charge in enhancing online brand awareness and driving consumer acquisition across the German and Austrian markets through entire GUM products. Develop and oversee innovative online brand marketing activities, ensuring our brand stands out and attracts a growing consumer base through targeted strategies and effective execution. Empower Strategic Success:
Act as the right-hand person to the DTC Director and Sunstar Germany GM, providing essential support in executing the EMEA strategy defined by HQ marketing for the development and operation of our web shop & holistic digital activation of the GUM brand according to the EMEA strategy & plans defined by HQ. Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with the director's vision to drive the overall success of our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
Management of a cross-functional team and responsibility for the consumer communication planning, implementation and optimization of all consumer targeted marketing activities for the German and Austrian markets for the holistic GUM brand equity along the defined touchpoints of the funnel in line with the EMEA strategy & plans defined by HQ marketing. Development of holistic marketing plans to increase GUM brand awareness, D-to-C specific acquisition and increase sales, taking into account the specific requirements, characteristics & media landscape of the local markets Managing the consumer marketing budget and controlling expenditure to maximize ROI (return on investment) and ensure the efficiency of marketing activities Deploy & adapt brand's marketing campaigns & media plan for consumers developed at HQ level. Operational:
Executing of Influencer & Referral Channel (Search, Plan, Communication, Execution) for GUM brand Develop a brand's plan for the Search & Paid Media Channel and execute the plan with external agencies Set up newsletter and consumer journeys plans & execute the relevant touch points of the funnel for GUM brand Develop brand's Social Media Plan and execute with the external agency Plan, collaborate with EMEA HQ and execute web shop campaigns Adaptation and adjust master assets for holistic GUM brand Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Business, Project Management, Digital Marketing & Sales) 4+ years marketing and brand experience in Digital marketing, Direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, FMCG, Consumer Electronics or a similar customer-centric industry Fluent German and English speaker. Any other European language / languages is a big plus Strong in strategic and analytical thinking Strong interpersonal skills, ambitious and adventurous personality Strong track of managing the digital marketing channels Ability to handle multiple projects Self-driven, organised and diligent personality Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
