Sales Manager Hematology (w/m/x)

IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE


  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Vertriebsaktivitäten inklusive effektivem Gebietsmanagement - in enger Abstimmung zur Vertriebs- bzw. Gesamtunternehmensstrategie
  • Führung, Motivation sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Coaching des bestehenden Salesteams
  • Sicherstellung einer zukunftsfitten Salesforce: Umsetzung von zeitgerechten Sales-Modellen im Sinne eines Omnichannel-Ansatzes sowie Organisation dazugehöriger Trainings
  • Aufbau und nachhaltige Beziehungspflege zu externen Stakeholdern
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Übermittlung von Insights zu Kunde, Markt und Wettbewerb mit dem Ziel, strategischen Input für Marketing und Medical sowie für daraus folgende Vertriebsprojekte zu leisten
  • Regelmäßige Analyse der relevanten KPIs sowie Monitoring und Optimierung der entsprechenden Aktivitäten inklusive laufendem Reporting


IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN


  • Staatliche Pharmareferentenprüfung und / oder Universitätsstudium der Humanmedizin, Zahnmedizin, Veterinärmedizin oder Pharmazie
  • Passionierte Sales-Manager-Persönlichkeit mit modernem Führungsanspruch und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Life-Science-Industrie
  • Sales Excellence: Expertise in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Vertriebsstrategien sowie nachweisbare Team- und Verkaufserfolge in einem kompetitiven Umfeld (bevorzugt KH-Setting)
  • Kommunikationsstarke*r Netzwerker*in mit Fokus auf Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Teamplayer*in mit ausgeprägter Fähigkeit zur cross-funktionalen, kollaborativen Zusammenarbeit; hohe Businessorientierung gepaart mit analytisch-strukturierter Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Mut, neue (digitale) Wege zu beschreiten kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, Omnichannel-Konzepte aktiv aufzugreifen, für Sales zu adaptieren und erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
