As a Field Medical Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the medical strategy for CAR-T/Hematology, collaborating closely with leading specialists to advance treatment trends and scientific innovations in haematology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a scientific authority in the CAR-T/Hematology therapeutic area, participating in congresses, education events, and scientific discussions with experts.
  • Build and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing medical expertise and insights to internal and external partners.
  • Support and execute the Medical Affairs Plan (MAF) by planning and implementing MSL activity plans in collaboration with the Country Value Team (CVT).
  • Act as a backup for the CAR-T Cell Center Manager, supporting cell journey logistics, patient enrollment, and other operational tasks.
  • Provide scientific training to internal teams and act as a medical speaker for educational workshops, seminars, and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review promotional materials and contribute to scientific and medical presentations.
  • Lead medical projects and contribute to clinical studies, real-world data projects, and early access programs.
  • Ensure compliance with J&J Credo and Health Care Compliance guidelines, managing safety reporting and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Medical doctor, pharmacist, or a degree in biomedical sciences (MD preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Medical Affairs or equivalent clinical/academic experience.
  • Strong understanding of scientific research, clinical trial design, and the ability to interpret and translate data into relevant insights.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage in scientific discussions on a peer-to-peer level.
  • Proficient in English and German.
