About the role
Reporting to the Head of Retail, Endeavor & ANZ Commercial Planning, this role will deliver the strategic, commercial, and execution plans within Dan Murphy’s, in line with the overarching Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) strategy and game plan. This role will also lead a National Account Executive to support the delivery of these objectives.
Ensure delivery of key metrics within Dan Murphy’s
Build a joint forecast with the customer that communicates commitments required to deliver to all levels of the P&L (customer & TPB), with a robust review and execution plan
Partner and collaborate with our internal Digital & Portfolio team to ensure our digital strategy is activated with the Endeavour team
Provide key inputs into innovation and brand plans to ensure the customer's voice is heard early in all planning and investment decisions
Play a key role across all NAM sales roles across brand divisions to build a collaborative community that shares best practices
Manage Dan Murphy’s Cellar program, utilising key pillars of the TPB portfolio to maximise profit outcome for TPB
Focused on all layers of communication between customer, category, marketing and the customer team to ensure plans and activations are executed seamlessly with maximum impact.
About you
We are searching for a commercially astute and digitally savvy individual who understands the breadth of our portfolio. With a passion for the wine industry, you will have the consumer at the heart of your decision-making and will know what it takes to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
In-depth experience in account, buying or category management within Retail, Liquor or FMCG
Proficient in managing a business strategy with a complex National customer
Experienced in delivering a sales plan outside of traditional retail in-store plan and demonstrated leadership in building a 360 digital shopper plan
Expert analytical and financial skills – good understanding of a P&L
Capable in strategy, planning, execution and time management
Demonstrated experience in delivering on customer/stakeholder needs whilst operating within business objectives
