  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmenseigenen ERP-Applikation in Microsoft Business Central / Microsoft Navision / DOXIS SER
  • Implementierung und Administration der ERP/ BI-Plattformen
  • Analyse der Prozessanforderungen des Unternehmens zur Erstellung von Plattformspezifikationen und -designs für Programmierer (intern und extern) zur Durchführung von Programmier-/ Konfigurationsaufgaben
  • Evaluierung von bestehenden und potenziellen neuen Applikationen für den Einsatz im Unternehmen
  • Aufbereitung von Unternehmensanforderungen und Änderungsanträgen, sowie Mitwirken bei der Ermittlung der Durchführbarkeit und wirtschaftlichen Rechtfertigung
  • Bereitstellung von Fachwissen über unternehmenseigene Applikationen und deren Funktionen sowie Nutzung an die Fachbereiche
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus dem Bereich Datenbankdesign, Applikationsentwicklung, Business Engagement und Enterprise Architecture innerhalb des Teams und gemeinsame Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Durchführung von Programm- und Systemtests, um sicherzustellen, dass das System gemäß den Spezifikationen funktioniert, und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Inbetriebnahme
  • Plattformdokumentation gemäß den in den Dokumentationsstandards festgelegten Richtlinien und Überprüfung der Programmdokumentation der Entwickler
  • Verantwortung für die Lösung von zugewiesenen 2nd/3rd-Line-Supportanfragen zur Zufriedenstellung der Benutzer innerhalb der vereinbarten SLAs

Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulabschluss oder Diplom in einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit mehrjähriger und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und -funktionen
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse MS Office 365
