We Care Staffing Solutions (WCSS) is a successful and growing Nursing Agency and registered NDIS provider that provides quality health care staff to support facilities and individuals across Victoria, NSW, ACT, and QLD.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Business Territory Manager to join our team to assist with the opening and running of a new Satellite office in Gold Coast South. All eyes will be on you, as this is the First WCSS Queensland Office

Supporting local clients and staff and driving growth across all our Health Care services- (Nursing agency, NDIS Home & Community supports and Accommodation supports (SIL, ILO, STA, MTA etc) and Veteran services, this role is not for the faint-hearted.

This role is a Development and growth role who will be reporting to the Corporate Growth Manager and Territory Partner. As a successful candidate, you will have an extensive sales and business development background to support our ambitious growth plans. You will join a passionate and respectful team that endeavors to provide care to all our clients by delivering the highest quality of support.

  • Attractive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus super

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Revenue Generation and Service Growth
  • Developing and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining existing clients and bringing in new business
  • Be responsible for primarily growing and developing Supported Independent Living (SIL) in our NDIS services.
  • Ownership of new client intake and working with various external stakeholders until the client is fully transitioned into the business.
  • Implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote the disability support business, including the creation of marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and advertising.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and business analytics to the senior management
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Strategy Innovation and Growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Experience as Business Development Manager or a similar role in the Health Care industry
  • Proven experience to develop professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients and client retention
  • Development and implementation of growth strategies aligned with the organization objectives.
  • A wide-ranging and working understanding of the NDIS, Aged and Healthcare frameworks, relevant legislations, and practice standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, a positive role model with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Relevant Diploma or tertiary qualification preferred

And must have:

  • Knowledge in Disability Services and NDIS framework.
  • Reliable car and current driver's license
  • Ability to use CRM programs.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Hold or willing to attain NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working with Children's check, Current First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
