About Us:

At Brand Influence Group (BIG), we're all about experiential and field marketing and creating memorable brand experiences that connect with consumers. Our mobile workforce is key to our success, and we're on the lookout for an energetic Territory Manager to join our team.

The Role:

As a Territory Manager, you'll join our Retail Sales team who specialise in working with Grocery Independents. You will be representing one of our leading FMCG brands, Red Bull to retail customers and store owners, forming strong and trusting connections in the process.

What you'll do:
  • Management & implementation of Promotional Programs
  • Developing and managing a territory and building relationships
  • Sell-in ability for new sites
  • Increasing ranging and category growth with your territory
  • Driving new product distribution targets
  • General merchandising and willingness to travel, predominantly metropolitan
  • Ensuring all plans are executed with brilliance
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in Sales for FMCG
  • Actively supported the implementation of activations in retail environment
  • You are passionate, professional, responsible, and have a genuine and can-do attitude
  • Full driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
  • Proficient skills in excel
