Job DescriptionWe're on the lookout for an experienced Office Coordinator to work with WT Australia in Adelaide.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Adelaide office, supporting the senior management team by performing various, comprehensive administration duties and assisting in a broad range of tasks to optimise the productivity of the office environment.
This role is responsible for:- Manage and produce high-quality documents including proposals, reports and email correspondence with clients and prospective clients
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff
- Ensure documents, invoices and reports are accurate and timely
- Organise events and meetings
- Manage and coordinate Director's calendars
- Provide professional assistance in the drafting of documents and provision of information to clients
- Set up projects/clients/contacts/fees/resources
- Manage and distribute monthly invoices to clients on time
- Reception services
- Procurement of kitchen and office supplies, printed material, and computer consumables
- Coordination of service and repairs to office equipment and furniture
- Coordination of repairs to office facilities and building
- Ensure WT standards and templates are correctly used and updated
This role will suit someone with drive and initiative, excellent administration and people skills with:

- Intermediate to advanced skills MS Office Suite
- Experience in Financial Force and/or Sales Force
