JO&JOE Wien sucht seinen nächsten "Meetings & Events Coordinator" Diese Person wird für die Vermarktung der verschiedenen privatisierbaren Räume sowie für die lokalen Events von JO&JOE verantwortlich sein.

Als Meetings & Events Koordinator:in bei JO&JOE gestaltest du nicht nur Meetings, sondern echte Erlebnisse Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Gruppen, Unternehmen und Privatpersonen, die ihre Events und Meetings in einem einzigartigen, kreativen Ambiente erleben möchten. Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Eventkonzepte und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Meeting, jedes Event und jedes Get-Together zu einem Highlight wird. Dein Job ist es, unsere Gäste zu begeistern und dafür zu sorgen, dass alles wie am Schnürchen läuft

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Meetings, Events und Workshops – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Nachbereitung.
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste, um maßgeschneiderte Eventpakete anzubieten, die perfekt zu ihren Bedürfnissen passen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Dienstleistern und Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass jedes Event einzigartig wird.
  • Koordination von Technik, Ausstattung und Personal – du behältst immer den Überblick
  • Pflege und Ausbau unseres Event-Portfolios, damit wir immer am Puls der Zeit bleiben.
  • Kreative Ideen entwickeln, um unser Eventangebot immer wieder neu und spannend zu gestalten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Eventplanung oder in der Koordination von Meetings und Veranstaltungen.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verstehst es, auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste einzugehen.
  • Dein Organisationstalent ist unübertroffen, und du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist kreativ und hast Lust, eigene Ideen umzusetzen.
  • Teamwork wird bei dir großgeschrieben, aber du kannst auch selbstständig agieren.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch – jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Du bist bereit, auch an Wochenenden und abends zu arbeiten, da Events oft zu diesen Zeiten stattfinden.
