The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a leading non-profit association dedicated to advancing the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology.

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member to join our Congress and Event Management Department, responsible for organizing large educational scientific events and exclusive meetings with international delegates.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assisting in project planning and execution, including congresses, courses, and meetings.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Organizing and managing flight and hotel bookings, as well as visa application processes.
  • Booking transfers and shuttle services, and providing administration support for internal and external meetings.
  • Corresponding with meeting participants and traveling to support on-site event delivery.
  • Supervising and coordinating event setups, and supporting department heads and team members with other projects.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Motivation and enthusiasm to work independently and as part of an ambitious team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and German (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, customer focus, accuracy, stress resistance, and organizational skills.
