Market Access Manager (m/w/d)

(Vollzeit 38,5 Std./Woche):

Aufgaben:

  • Selbstverantwortliche, produktbezogene Leitung von Market Access Projekten, vor allem im Bereich Specialty & HIV
  • Brückenfunktion zwischen Medizin und Market Access
  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Access-Strategien über den gesamten Produkt-Lifecycle
  • Eigenverantwortliche, firmeninterne, crossfunctional und projektbezogene Kommunikation und Informationsaufbereitung, sowie Unterstützung des Pricing Managers in internen Preisgenehmigungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung der Kommunikation mit Stakeholder im Erstattungsumfeld z.
B. durch- Erstellung nicht-promotioneller Materialien in interner Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen aus allen Teilbereichen (Medizin, Marketing, Vertrieb)

  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung von kundenorientierten, innovativen Preisstrategien
  • Konzeption und Erstellung von Publikationen aus dem Bereich Real World Evidence, Public Health und Gesundheitsökonomie, sowie Screening der Veröffentlichungen von Krankenkassen und anderer relevanter Institutionen des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems
  • Recherche österreichischer Zahlen, Daten und Fakten für die Berechnung gesundheitsökonomischer Modelle
  • Zuständigkeit: GesamtÖsterreich, internationale Projekte und fallweise auch EUweite Projekte möglich

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise im naturwissenschaftlich/ medizinischen Bereich wie z.
B. Gesundheitsökonomie, Public Health, Pharmazie, Chemie

  • Market Access Erfahrung
  • Can-Do Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und kreative Herangehensweise bei der Erarbeitung von Lösungswegen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern im Erstattungsumfeld
  • Ausgezeichnete Power Point Kenntnisse
  • Proaktive und problemlösende Herangehensweise mit der Fähigkeit zur Antizipation, Planung sowie Priorisierung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € mit entsprechender Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung sowie lukrative Prämien und Firmen-PKW.
