**Market Access Manager (M/F/d)**

Erzielung eines schnellen und umfassenden Marktzugangs sowie Erstattungen durch die optimale Positionierung der AZ-Produkte auf dem österreichischen Markt.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der strategischen Geschäftsplanung für bestehende Produkte und die Produktpipeline.
- Mitarbeit an der Strategie des Dachverbands, inklusive argumentative Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Verhandlungen mit dem Dachverband und dem Management-Team.
- Anpassung globaler Value Dossiers zur Entwicklung lokaler Erstattungs
- und Angebotsunterlagen für Sozialversicherungen und Krankenhausträger; Erstellung der Value Story (einschließlich Health Economics & Outcome-Studien).
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie den lokalen Brand Teams und globalen Market Access Teams sowie externen Stakeholdern wie Key Opinion Leaders zur Ermittlung von Meinungen und Ableitung daraus resultierender Maßnahmen für den Marktzugang.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Gesundheitsökonomie.
- Überblickswissen über die Produktpalette von AstraZeneca.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Pharma-, Medizin
- oder Marketingbranche wünschenswert.
- Grundkenntnisse des Pharmamarktes sowie des österreichischen Gesundheitswesens und dessen Stakeholder.
- Fähigkeit zum selbständigen und präzisen Arbeiten.
- Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge zwischen klinischen Studien, Pharmakoökonomie und Nutzen für Kostenträger und Patienten zu erkennen.
- Verständnis für gesamtwirtschaftliche und kommerzielle Zusammenhänge.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke und Resilienz.
- Professioneller Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden.
- Teamfähigkeit.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und Datenbankkenntnisse (Recherche, Screenen und Filtern von Informationen).
