User Activation Specialist

Description:

In this role, you will
focus on customer activation, reducing churn, lowering acquisition costs, and
increasing customer lifetime value. You will plan and guide the
onboarding process, educate customers through
webinars and training, and report key metrics.

  • Play a pivotal role in not just ensuring customer success, but also
    fostering vibrant and thriving user communities that drive growth and engagement.
  • As the voice of the customer, you will
    escalate issues, and report upsells opportunities and churn risks.

Requirements:

-
3+ years of experience in the thriving
SaaS sector

  • Exceptional
    communications skills to engage with customers effortlessly
-
Customer-facing roles with a track record of success

  • A passion for
    technical knowhow and staying ahead of the game
  • A sharp
    understanding of business needs and an ability to drive results
  • Have the feeling that your
    English and German are the creams of the crop, you know we mean the yellow of the egg.
