Das Department für Neurowissenschaften und Entwicklungsbiologie sucht für die administrative Koordination von Drittmittelprojekten eine*n engagierte*n Drittmittelreferent*in vorzugsweise mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in der allgemeinen (Universitäts-)Verwaltung. **Ihre Aufgaben**:
Der Aufgaben
- und Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst:
Koordination der Drittmittelaktivitäten
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter*innen und -mitarbeiter*innen in der administrativen Umsetzung von Projekten von Projektbeginn bis -ende
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Verwaltungsabläufe im Drittmittelbereich sowie vom Globalbudget (Budget
- und Personalagenden)
- Unterstützung der Projektmitarbeiter*innen bei Formalitäten in Bezug auf Personalagenden (Abwesenheitsverwaltung wie Urlaub und Dienstreisen) und Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Aufnahme neuer Projektmitarbeiter*innen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Departments und inneruniversitären Einrichtungen (Dekanat, Finanzwesen und Controlling, Personalabteilung, Forschungsservice etc.) sowie außeruniversitären Fördergeber*innen und Projektpartner*innen in Bezug auf Drittmittelprojekte
- Eigenverantwortliche Rechnungsabwicklung und Budgetkontrolle sowie Vorbereitung von Zwischen
- und Endabrechnungen von Projektmitteln
- Allgemeine administrative Agenden des Departments

**Ihr Profil**:
Bachelorabschluss

Umfassende EDV-Anwender*innenkenntnisse (MS Office, Typo3, i3v) - sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit (Deutsch und Englisch)

Hohe Service
- und Kund*innenorientierung - admin. Erfahrung mit Drittmittelprojekten ist von Vorteil - Teamfähigkeit - Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
