Ziel ist es, konzernweit alle relevanten Kräfte zu bündeln und attraktive neue Geschäftsfelder entlang der Wertschöpfungskette zu identifizieren. Dabei stellen Kreislaufwirtschaft, zukunftsweisende Geschäftsmodelle im Bereich Kunststoff sowie Nachhaltigkeit die strategischen Schwerpunkte dar.**

**Head of New Circular Business Unit (m/w/d)**
- Kunststoffindustrie I Kreislaufwirtschaft I Recycling**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung der Gesamtkonzeption für den Aufbau der neuen Business Unit für das Circular Business
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Strategy & Business Development Team sowie mit den operativen Divisionen
- Laufende einschlägige Marktbeobachtung und Verfolgung der Entwicklungen in Europa
- Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung von Transformationsprozessen im Zusammenhang mit Recycling und Circularity
- New Business Development - Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen und Plänen zur stufenweisen Umsetzung
- Laufende Erfolgsmessung und -kontrolle sowie Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Gutes Stakeholdermanagement (Zentrale - Divisionen - externe Partner)
- Führung und Entwicklung des New Circular Business Teams bzw. der Business Unit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Idealerweise technisches Studium (Chemie, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Materialwirtschaft) und betriebswirtschaftliches Knowhow bzw. profilierende Praxis
- Industrieerfahrung inkl. Operations, gutes Osteuropa-Netzwerk von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Kunststoff
- oder anderen Wertstoffindustrien (Glas, Papier, Textil, Stahl, Aluminium u.ä.) und Verständnis für Schlüsseltechnologien im Recycling (mechanisch / chemisch)
- Erfahrung mit digitalen Lösungen und digitalen Business Modellen
- M&A- bzw. Buy & Build-Erfahrung wünschenswert
- Aufgeschlossene, unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit gutem Standing
- Analytisch-konzeptionelle Stärke verbunden mit Kreativität und Vision bei gleichzeitiger Überzeugungs
- und Umsetzungsstärke
- Fähigkeit, groß und in Möglichkeiten zu denken - think big
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Verhandlungsfähiges Englisch und gutes Deutsch
- Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 60%)
