Als Strategy and Operations Associate bei Heizma spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der strategischen Planung und operativen Umsetzung unserer Wachstumsinitiativen.

Du entwickelst und implementierst strategische Projekte, arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere operativen Prozesse mit den langfristigen Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen.

Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst strategische Initiativen zur Skalierung unseres Wärmepumpen-Ventures.
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass sie sowohl operativ als auch strategisch ausgerichtet sind.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Führungskräften zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere operativen Prozesse mit den langfristigen Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen.
  • Du analysierst Markttrends und Wettbewerbsdaten, um strategische Empfehlungen zu geben und unser Wachstum zu fördern.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einer wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin einer Top-Universität.
  • Du bringst bis zu einem Jahr Arbeitserfahrung in einem Start-up, Consulting, Venture Capital oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit.
  • Du hast ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um effektiv mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zu kommunizieren.
  • Du stellst höchste Qualitätsansprüche an dich selbst und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
  • Du besitzt einen ausgeprägten Entrepreneurial Spirit und bist hoch motiviert, innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
